Acceptance of an IPA Membership is Mutual, However, Contingent upon the Sole Discretion, Acceptance and/or Approval by the IPA Membership Board Committee and All Board Committee Decisions Are Considered Final. All Sales Are Final. Beyond the First Three (3) Days, Membership Dues Are Non-Refundable. The Integrative Providers Association Membership Directory is for the Exclusive Use of PAID IPA Members, and Approved IPA Educators. All Other Uses Are Prohibited. All Rights Reserved.
