The root purpose of this application process is to screen and qualify potential sponsors (exhibitors) so as to protect the conference accreditation and the core values of the Integrative Providers Association and its members at large. Providers are often targeted by psuedo-science and direct marketing models that can harm/jeopardize credentials and careers, leaving the providers who just wanted to help their patients in devastating positions and that will not happen here.

The IPAC conferences are accredited to deliver top tier education. Therefore, any/all sponsors must be fully vetted to meet the standards for exhibition to our members. While all are encouraged to apply, only a select few will qualify. Products, treatments  and technologies must be approved or registered with the FDA. Professional services must be properly licensed.  

Integrity and value is all you can really offer our members and stakeholders. Anyone looking to game the system need not apply. Nonprofits may qualify for a discount should they participate in an in-kind capacity to offset costs associated with the production of a top-tier event. Sponsorship does not include any meals or secondary formal or entertainment event tickets, however,  such tickets are available at a discounted price for sponsors who wish to participate.
